Booking information

Appointment requests are handled by Glownomics, the salon’s booking system. The booking form asks for your name and email, with phone number and appointment notes optional. Those details are used to request, confirm, manage, and communicate about your appointment.

No payment is collected through online booking at launch. The website shows the approved cash or debit price and credit-card checkout price before you request a time.

Website forms and retention

When the salon’s protected public forms are active, only the information you submit is stored for the purpose shown on that form.

Contact inquiries

90 days from submission. An unresolved inquiry is protected from automatic deletion until it is resolved.

Founding Guest list

180 days from submission for the opening news and booking updates requested.

Job applications

180 days from submission. Application details and résumés remain private and owner-only.

Services involved

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Glownomics provides appointment booking and appointment management. Information entered into the booking flow is handled inside Glownomics; information entered into an active website form is stored in the salon’s isolated website system.

Your choices

Next Visit marketing reminders are optional and use a separate checkbox in the booking flow. They are not required to request an appointment, and the reminder message includes an unsubscribe option.

You may contact the salon to ask about information you previously submitted or to request a correction or deletion. The salon may need enough information to identify the relevant request safely.
